Track Your Followers Across Every Social Platform

Overview

We’re excited to roll out a shiny new feature for our analytics section: follower stats tracking! Now you can keep tabs on your follower counts across all your connected social accounts, and we promise it’s easier than finding your favorite coffee shop in a new city.

What's New

The highlight of this update is the new follower stats chart on your dashboard. This nifty little addition aggregates follower data from all your platforms, giving you a clear view of how your audience is growing (or shrinking, yikes) over time. Just to clarify, this feature is reserved for our analytics users, so if you haven’t hopped on that train yet, now’s the time!

We’re supporting eight platforms with a small caveat: Pinterest and LinkedIn aren’t included. Pinterest doesn’t use followers in the traditional sense, and we still don’t have analytics access for LinkedIn. But don’t worry, all your other platforms will be tracked daily, so you can keep your engagement game strong.

Oh, and if you’re a TikTok user, heads up! You’ll need to reconnect your account due to a new permission requirement for follower metrics. Once you do that, you’ll be good to go!

Key Improvements

  • Added follower stats chart on the dashboard
  • Aggregated follower data across all connected social accounts
  • Daily tracking for all supported platforms
  • New endpoint account/follower stats available for API users
  • Accounts with zero followers won't clutter your analytics

How to Use It

When you head to your dashboard, you’ll see a chart that shows your total follower count per platform, aggregated neatly. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can filter by platform, like Instagram or YouTube, to see the breakdown for each individual account. This way, you can compare performance across multiple accounts on the same platform without needing a PhD in data science.

Simply start tracking from November 25, and you’ll see a trend line that captures how your followers evolve over time. It’s like having your very own crystal ball for social media growth.
